The New York Times ran an article on Sunday about how the Korean government has spent millions of dollars developing a version of Kimchi that can accompany the first Korean astronaut into space. Most of you won't know or care about Kimchi at all... But I LOVE the stuff! I've been eating it since I was a kid and I'm a Kimchi fanatic.

Don't worry Todd, I know how you feel. I too am a strong believer in kimchi. Where can I get this stuff, and how much?
They carry it at Safeway... It's not too expensive. Over in San Jose there are some Korean markets that have stuff that's way better than what they sell at Safeway. Ask Ju-Yueng. He knows where to go. And be sure to buy some for me when you go. *smile*
